The stonework on this project was designed to connect and anchor the home's logwork to the ground, as well as its natural surroundings. Features include an outdoor shower (with a view!) and integrated entry steps.

Full Bed, Montana Ledgestone Mix

This modern mountain design is a multiple phase, ongoing project with a variety of stonework features. It features a 9,000 lb Basalt hearth, with reclaimed mahogany mantle, back to back fireplace, and a structural chimney. The home also includes a Native Granite sink and cast caps and sills.

This home features large proportion stone and design work on several exterior faces, and a custom stone hearth within. It includes a drystack interior, full grout exterior and cast caps and sills.

This geometric lines of this modern home are softened and supported by custom stonework, including an elegant retaining wall, foundation exterior, outdoor shower, cast caps, mantle and sill.

Manufactured Stone Veneer

We rarely work with manufactured stone, but this modern lakehouse design was a great opportunity to apply our craft to three interior fireplaces. The columns and chimneys offer nice complexity and natural texture to the overall exterior feel.

This classic home looks like it was born right here, thanks to incredible views and the anchor of natural stone. It features an integrated foundation/entry and flatwork landings, and a pedestal chimney topout.

The winery was looking for a structural entry gate and sign, as well as a wedding arbor, and Northern Stonecraft was happy to oblige. The caps and sills are Pennsylvania Bluestone, creating beautiful color and texture contrast and a unified look throughout the property.

Canyon Creek Squares & Recs

This Shaker-influenced home features extensive, detailed stonework, and is an ongoing project. It includes an outdoor fireplace and kitchen, and unique archway patio. Cast caps, mantles, sills, balcony and heat pump screen were also constructed. Overall, the liberal use of stone throughout the property helps this sizable home integrate more naturally into the landscape.

Stevens Pass Granite

This lovely, rustic sink was carved for Au Naturel Design. Small stone features such as this are a great way to add functional luxury to your everyday routine.
